Last year MGM ended their partnership with Hyatt and announced they would be partnering with Marriott for elite perks and reciprocal agreements sometime in 2024. At the time there were no specifics on what the program would look like or what reciprocal agreements would look like.

Final Thoughts

For an MGM elite member I think you're getting the better part of this deal, especially if you're NOIR. However as a Marriott Titanium Elite member I will enjoy the 2PM late checkout and priority check-in. While I don't go to Las Vegas much anymore when I do it's usually for a special occasion and I always seem to stay at MGM properties. I would have liked to see some sort of status match to MGM's loyalty program, maybe that's still in the works, but for now the hotel perks are decent for now.
